I need to record my caloric intake, I know I am over eating even though I'm eating healthy. My weight loss is stalled.

Update:
I need to back off the Pure Synergy super food powder for a while and switch to using the Hemp Protein instead. Pur Synergy is good but kind of high in carbs. I don't need it and the All One in my breakfast shakes at the same time since I am trying to keep my carbs as low as possible over the next two months.


I'll need digestive enzymes because it is really high if fiber!! It can cause quite a stink if I'm not careful! LOL

I have a lot of the Hemp Protein of it so I might as well use it!! This is a perfect time for it. The carbs are canceled out by the amount of fiber in the hemp protein powder. It should have low to no GI (blood glucose) impact.

Update:
OMG. No wonder I am not loosing weight!! No more Trader Joe's Hand full of almonds for a while.

I am not eating all of my lunch as listed today. What I have listed in my journal is what I brought with me to work. Using this journal has been a HIGHLY valuable exercise for me today!!! I have really been over eating.
