Day 35: Well I picked up a shift at work for overtime. Didnt realize that I skipped dinner tonight. Have no idea how in the world I did that but I had a very late lunch cause I slept in again today til abt 11am which is lil weird. Maybe I just needed the extra sleep. But kinda upset I didnt do my walk yesterday so i will have to make up for it today. Going to gym today while at work to weightin. I am sure I gained weight from my vacation that was nothing but bad foods but who knows I may surprise myself.

You're doing amazing progress, Bonthronm! You probably DID need the extra sleep - I'm a firm believer that our bodies will let us know when they need something - and sleep is definitely something we need. If you're behind on your sleep, your body will simply take it at some point.

Yeah, I agree with Kingkeld. You probably did need the extra sleep. I know last night I went to take a nap at 5:00 pm since I was having a terrible headache. And I didn't wake up for dinner and slept pretty much all through the night last night. My head feels much better this morning and I know that I am well rested and ready to take on this week.
