I have no energy to workout but I keep going on the Elliptical. “My legs hurt.”
I keep trying almost everyday 5x a week for 30mins but when will my body accept it??? How long did it take you guys? I just can’t wait to workout longer

It took me a month or so to build up stamina maybe 2 on the treadmill where I could do 4 miles on an hour so it depends on the person but you have to build it up and you are -you’ll see give it time

I’m hoping so. I started 20mins and upped to 30mins but I just feel 30mins is to much some days lol

30 minutes at a decent pace or incline is just as good as an hour workout so if you can’t do 30 stick with 20 minutes until you feel you can increase and you’ll know when as it will feel too easy for you! Sometimes it takes a month to do it or a week everyone is different but you’re moving which is fantastic in itself and you will gain more stamina as you loose weight!

Try a spin class or cycling in between. Easier on your knees. I can’t do an elliptical at all. Knees will not take it.
