I had a huge, delicious brunch around 12 today. I had to estimate calories for everything because the restaurant isn’t in the food database. I had a fried chicken breast, two eggs scrambled with cheese, a biscuit with butter, and coffee. I saved the chicken and had it a couple hours later, then started my fast.

I had water with lemon and lime slices for the first time today. I put it in a tumbler glass to take to work. I thought it was gross at first but I ended up adding more water to it (twice) when I finished, and actually liked it. Not sure if it’s okay to have while fasting or not though.
