This virus cold is knocking me out. My boyfriend insisted I eat some soup with rice so I gave in and did.
An herbalist type friend recommended Gymnema Sylvestre in times like that. I did some google searches and it suggestst that it staves off sugar entering the blood stream but clinical trials seems to be lacking consistant results. Looking to hear if anyone has used this product long term with positive or negative results.
Also, I remember seeing someone here talk about Brown Seaweed? My same friend recommended MODIFILAN as the best and least toxic. She recommended it for my asthma which I have been using it for in the past month but I have notice a drop in weight which online studies suggest it as an alternate use for weight control. Any feedback on this product from people here? Long term positives or negatives? How much of the product where you using? One site said to take up to 12 capsules....that just seemed extreme. I'm taking 3 for the asthma.
