Ok, I did really well for the first few days. Then we went out for a big meal on Sunday and I ate far too much. Oh well, today is another day.
So, I'm boosting my system with a day of lemonade fasting. Maple syrup, lemon juice and ginger, with water, for a whole day. I must admit, normally about now I'd be finishing lunch but I'm not hugely hungry. Brain is telling me to eat, but tummy isn't rumbling.
