after weeks of healthy eating then binging on sugary cereal i have a bad week of averaging about 4-5000 kcal a day and weight went up to 77kg again. i think most of this in inflammation and waterweight! this last week i have been eating prodomenantly a carnivore diet plenty steak/chicken thighs including skin, wild pink salmon and eggs, but adding some sweet potatos/blueberries and banana shakes after heavy training 11 weeks out from my title fight. I feel pretty great and i am going to try introduce some oats and more dark greens this week. I feel great! next update in a few days x
