I like the idea of having something raw with every meal. I don't quite make it all the time, but it's something I strive for.

I love blackberries and they have lots of fiber.

I keep seeing blackberries on this feed. I think that is a great diet food because they are both fun to eat and have a satisfying sweetness, while still oh so good for you. I am inspired.
