The next two days are going to be tough because I'm going to be on the go at work with classes that I'm teaching. I'm going to have to either bring lunches that don't require warming up or make some healthy decisions on the go. It's almost going to be a "test" for me. Today has went fine. I need to do more meal planning. I'm not getting enough veggies in and I know I need to. I've been over-tired the last couple of days and need to get my sleep cycle back on track. I know that when I get too tired it's more difficult to stay on track. Took a nap today--yeah--siestas are great! Julie
