i'm so frustrated :( upset down disappointed and crashed :'(

I feel the same....I have gone up 3 lbs...We are all human and we are trying to do something that our bodies inately rail against- losing stored fat that our bodies have resolutely stored and is careful to protect. We probably all know what should not pass through our lips but we do it anyway, at least I do- usually unconsciously. These are habits we have formed over time and only time, awareness and perseverence will reverse the trend. I have been looking at my GI and notice I still crave carbos- my dr said avoid white- eg potatoes, bread, rice...I LOVE potats, so I have decided I do not have willpower to include them at all; instead, I bought a bin to pour in Quinoa and will go back to diminsishing the carbs I crave. I am choosing oatmeal and 7 grain creal over toast for the next week to see how it helps- keeps one fuller longer and gives me the extra push for those 2 workouts a day! Good luck! Stay the course!

we can all do this! i woke up this morning feeling happy about myself. this should not be a struggle, we have to make this as fun as we can imagine. and all those fats will just come off easily. thanks for the support guys. and keep on working out twice :) we'll finish this together :)
