Ok My weight is totally a guess (based on reading the dial on the scale in the hotel) but I am feeling a bit slimmer but I wont be able to tell if I lost anything unless the dial hits 230. I miss my digital scale. I haven't binged or anything and I feel lighter. Pants certainly fit less snug. My plan is to be under 230 by the time I return to NYC. SO basically lose 4+ pounds by August 31....
I am here alone in London with my business team on assignment till August 31. Its a weird feeling being away from the family. I miss them and hopefully by the time they see me I would have shed some more weight.
