The usual dilemma. Just had breakfast Fruit and fibre, blueberries and yoghurt but my granddaughter and her chap are coming over for brunch which means another meal. I suppose I will have to join in and call it lunch then skip to an evening meal. Weigh-in this afternoon at the pre-diabetes course
