Nothing planned for today - which is a very good thing because my house is trashed from 5 days of neglect. DH said he'd sweep and mop yesterday - Ha Ha. Just as well because he never moves the furniture. I mean, after he cleans I'll move a chair and dust bunnies roll across the floor! But still, it would have been nice if he had - I wouldn't have complained.
Today I am going to start tracking my food again. It is a pain in the butt to do but it is for my own good. I think twice about popping something into my mouth knowing I'll have to own up to it at the end of the day.
So today I am thankful for these last few lazy days of summer. Fall will be here soon enough so lets enjoy them while we can.

I need to clean also,but I'm taking the day off.Been canning and cooking all week..Not tracking got me in trouble,I'm back at it even if it is a pain.

I swear men do not clean properly so you don't ask them to do it again! I also have to track and I find it helps if I work it out before I eat, otherwise I tend to go over and then I've eaten it and its too late. Enjoy the rest of your weekend Buffy :)

Tracy - You are so right on both counts! We won't go into any more male bashing today. As for food, I can't tell you how many times I thought I was doing well but was unpleasantly surprised at the end of the tally.

I am so blessed...my hubby is just the opposite...he cleans and cleans and cleans. And I am so happy he does! Bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, laundry...ahhhh, grateful I am! I do the rest, and Buffy, I hear you on the dust bunnies. My cats have been attempting to snatch each other bald headed the last few weeks, and I will vacuum, leave and come back and there are big bunches of fur everywhere! LOL Silly cats...enjoy the rest of your weekend!

LOL - BuffyBear - yes, you are right about the common theme in our journals this weekend. On a normal day, I would not complain either - just be happy he attempted. But, our friens are coming to stay for days and they at least need a clean toilet!
