I moved my weight goal down by 5 pounds, in hopes that this will help motivate me to get back on the program. Thanks all for the comments on my last journal, that was really helpful! I've been steady now for over a month. I haven't really been trying to lose, though, so my thinking is that once I get back into the swing of things I'll have some good success.
Life has gotten busy here again with work and such. And we live in Ohio, which you might have noticed is getting some attention for political primaries. So, that's all very exciting and takes some time/attention. But, the weather has been beautful lately, so I'm enjoying getting outside more and doing a lot of walking, hiking, etc.
Wish me luck on my pursuit of these last five pounds!
