My weight is creeping up. It’s three pounds as of today, but I know enough to not become complacent. One issue I have been having lately is keeping my calories within my goal to maintain my weight. I’m not sure what this is about, as I’ve not usually been a major over eater until last year. I’m hoping I haven’t picked up a new habit.
