I just read yr bio. You’re using a similar approach to me. I’ve lost 10 kg just by completely cutting carbs and sugar.
But I seem to have stalled the last few weeks so I’m using this app to monitor calories in.
I also do a lot of walking.
Do you have any tips to stay in ketosis? Did have you had issues with plateaus?

Yes calories will stall us even if the food is keto friendly. Watch out for dairy. The way to stay in ketosis is keep carbs under 30 grams a day, eat moderate protein and eat healthy fats. (saturated fat is healthy, trans fats are not)
