I’m going to try not to weigh myself until Friday... I think looking at my scale every day makes me crazy. It’s wonderful when the number goes down, but so discouraging when it’s back up again. Maybe it’ll motivate me to be healthier during the week, for my big “weigh-in” moment. Who knows.
