Well, I've joined the No Carbohydrated Drinks for 8 weeks challenge and have already slipped up. I had a Coke today. Out of everything I can consume, Coke and Mountain Dew are my biggest weakness so I need this. I won't let this control me. I'll start fresh starting now and will strive to complete this challenge without another slip up.
