WHY IS EVERYTHING SO SALTY?!?!?
I LOVE deli meat. Especially hard salamis and high-fat like procuitto (because keto). It's the easiest thing to have for lunch in this crazy summer heat. But yesterday and today, is all tastes SO SALTY! like..!?!?
I don't know what to do. I managed to get down 2/3, but the turkey is so salty it feels like it's burning my mouth! (keep in mind that these are same cuts I've been eating for over a week)
Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like i'm going crazy!

Homestly i stopped eating deli meats because of salt and my nutritionnist told me i makes my migraines feel worst because of the processed ingredients...

I found I was often really thirsty if things were too salty. Think about the heat and how much you have drank. I also munch when I'm thirsty too. So it might help to up on other foods because you may have had your fill of sodium for a while. Everything even natural foods have a bit of sodium already so you might just need something with a bit less more often. At least that's what works for me don't force it. Your body is saying nope not today.
