I'm still in my first week and I'm starting to struggle. I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning. There was no change in my weight. One part of my brain is saying that it's because I'm gaining muscle and probably need to eat smaller portions but the other part of my brain is saying I might as well give up because I've seen it not work before. I want to lose weight because of my health problems. Today I've had a Mountain Dew, brownie batter, and coffee with cream in it. I don't know if what I'm eating is healthy. I record the weight on this website and according to it I haven't gotten above 1700 calories each day but then why has my weight not come off even 1 lb? I don't know. I do know I'm going to keep going. I was told recently that I've been on the path before and it didn't work then so they don't except it to work now. I have to prove them wrong. But, more importantly, I have to be healthy for my family and for myself. I hate the lack of energy and problems I've been experiencing because of my overweighness.
