Ok, today was supposed to be my weigh-in, but we were up and out the door before I could say Jack Robinson, lol...then we ate fish and chips for lunch...not exactly "diet food", right, buddies? I WILL say that I stopped when I was full (too bad I wasn't wearing the skinny jeans today, I'd have gotten full a little sooner, sigh, oh well). I also didn't get my long walk in this morning, and I REALLY missed that. There was a time when I would have just said, "oh shucky darn, no walk today" so I think I've succeeded in becoming addicted, which was my goal for this summer :-) N.E. WAY, I guess I'll screw up my courage for in the morning, and weigh in a day late...now where are my rosary beads and prayer shawl! I must beg for mercy to the scale gods

Ha! The diet goddess will smile on you... But if she doesn't, kick her butt by getting yours in gear. You are doing great. And I totally can't resist fish and chips!

Hey....1 spike day is not going to ruin your great achievement. Call it a treat. But I get the same feeling, when life happens, & I can't get my planned exercise in :), well the weekend is ahead so get out there & walk some more! May it be a really long 1 :)

Looking forward to your numbers - you'll be fine, I'm sure and in any case we're in this for the long haul, where one day off won't hurt :)
