6.5 hrs sleep, 6.0 hrs CPAP, 2 fatigue, RNeck 2, Joints 5-ish;

What woulda been: "hey baby, yeah, let's get it on... Mind if I bring my CPAP machine over to your place"?

If I had remained single, would I have remained at lower weight & higher exercise level? Too impress the ladies? Nah, It would have been the embarrassment from my CPAP dependency. Can't imagine adding THAT to the dating stresses. Glad my wife accepts it..most nights, lol. Hopefully increased fitness/lower weight will reduce my need of it.

Marked increase in joint pain. It's main issue today. Lack of exercise? Did a quick wake-up upper body resist. band session to get things going. Not feeling as good afterwards. RNeck pain down from yesterday.

Exercise, weight loss, supplements, placebo fx, whatever continue to seem to help neck pain. yahoooooooo!
