I did really good yesterday but today I'm starting to slip again. Writing here helps me to face and change. I've been sitting on my butt watching TV instead of exercising. I started eating cookies. The guilt started and that is when I decided to do this entry. I did it yesterday which helps me to see that I can do it today also.

I agree with Jenkie5. Also, journaling is an IMPORTANT key to success. For me, this is where I solve by far the most of my issues. I start writing about them, and before I know it I have found the solutions myself. When I don't find a solution, I will have responses from buddies who will help me along. It's a great tool. Well done recognizing the importance of it. :)
