Not sure why I'm up the last few days. I'm tracking everything and on target. I have to trust the process and accept the up and down cycles of weight loss. That said, it is So much EASIER to get jazzed when I see multiple days in a row and establish that downward trend. I plan to get more water in today before a dinner of ribs which we just put in our Traeger and broccoli, bacon, and pumpkin seed salad.
