Great that you trust your doctor..that makes all the difference..and great job on the weight...Your doing soo good and I am proud of you..
My shopping buddy gave me some tomatoes, cukes and squash..can't wait to fix them for supper tonight with the stir fry chicken..I plan to make...:O)

Mmmmmm taco salad. I want taco salad. I'm jealous I think my dr's scale is jinxed. Whenever I have to step on it I seem to gain weight.

With that weight WITH clothes, I think your home scale is weighing you heavy....gotta get rid of that sneaky gremlin that puts his big ol' foot on the scale whenever you weigh in - LOL! Having a doctor you can trust in is priceless!

I agree with other member, having a doctor you can trust is priceless! Why is the scale one of the first things you have to do when you vist your Doc - then they make you take your clothes off? Yummmmm on the Taco salad, one of my menu items for next week.
