so i have finally decided to take this weight loss thing seriously and went for my first walk today, i did not know that i could sweat so much!!! at first i felt gross and like everyone was watching me huff and puff my way down the sidewalk but once i got past my own insecurities i started to feel great!!! i never belived everyone when they said it feels good to sweat because usually i felt self-concious about it but not today!!! i actually felt good maybe even empowered??? i need to keep this motivation up but i don't know how?? i really want to win this battle with my weight as it is a demon that has been eating at me for way too long, i have let my weight take over my life and now i feel it is time for me to take it back!!!!

I fill the same way been struggling to long with my weight (demon) I want to change my eating habits just fill good about myself I guess,but keep the walking up it really works if you get some kind of excercise in your daily routine!!!!
