10.0 hrs sleep, 0 hrs CPAP, 2.0 fatigue, RNeck 1, Joints 3;
1st day that i 'feel' like I lost weight...like I am more nimble. Easier to walk, move. No overbearing pain dragging me down. Wow, so this is what 'it' feels like!.
Down ~8# since start over a week ago. 2.8# just overnight. Even though I had large bowl of gumbo at night. Ate that b/c yesterday's caloric intake was so low. Didn't want to go into 'starvation mode' (queue ghost voiceover, lol)
Not hungry at all this am. Could be significant sleep/hormone thing? Hope so!
Anyway, VERY Positive this AM. 3 more days till fam day at lake. Can I get down to 266# (10 pounds total) by then? YES I CAN!!
