Oooh! I love the gym, personally. And I like having a place where the only thing to do is work out. I find myself too easily distracted to work out effectively at home. Good luck!

Damn. Was it a contract where you have to stay or is it month-to-month? You might try home workouts if the gym is a hassle. I finally decided to sign up just for a little variety. I still plan on doing my runs outside of the gym.

The contract really depends on the gym. LA Boxing and Bally's have contract lengths. 24-hour Fitness now has month-to-month and you can prepay to make the monthly rate cheaper. Of course, independent gyms are going to vary all over the place. Divided, you'll have fun at the gym. I'm sure all the gay guys will be hitting on you. ;)

LMAO.... You Guys are soo funny.... The Dangerous thing is not Spotting each other, Its showing off in the Mens Locker room on who has the best abs or who can flex better... then YOU WILL NEED AN ADULT...LMAO... I love going to the gym... Its better motivation then working out at home!!! =)

oh my, I'm In the "other" category and it's my favorite color, orange! I would classify myself as "the desperately out of shape who refuses to give up"/ There are so few people who stick it out. I recognize one other person from when me and my boyfriend joined 16 months ago.

Beautiful i dont mind them being naked however i do mind accidently looking up just as a sweeet little old lady bends over :/ yeaaah that was a pretty traumatic day! :P
