I did great yesterday! I am so pumped! I even got out this morning and went for my first jog of the year. Didn't even slip on the ice either...thank god! It has been so nice here that I have been wanting to take the time to get out of the house and do these things.....finally I did! I am so happy. It made me feel so good that I was challenging my body to do something different after months of being cooped up indoors.
The only crappy thing is, my heart rate monitor would crap out on me whenever I upped my intensity. Time for a new one....
