cheat day yesterday. trying to consider it okay because it was a conscious decision and I was out having fun and didnt want to count. I ate FAR too much. i havent been that full in months. plus I drank. body forgive me. I'm fasting until dinner and drinking plenty of water. falling off the horse wont stop progress. just gotta get back on is all
