bought new more accurate scale....depressing but glad to be better informed.
Also, I went all day yesterday without any wheat.....I have been feeling bad, sluggish and tired. Been reading about eliminating wheat from the diet for awhile. I am an advocate for atkins so this is in the same vane. I recently moved and have been eating fast food day and night for the convenience. I am feeling the effects pretty strongly now.
To be honest, I am still physically slow 24 hours later but I have to admit I do feel more alert mentally. The joint pain and swelling has not gone down but the back pain is not as sharp as it has been in the past few weeks.
I think I will keep it going for a week....no wheat is easier than no carbs.
My treadmill arrives August 20th! Looking forward to that.
