Near end of workday and overall, I've felt pretty good today. Some expected pain from the band workout yesterday, but that is minimal. Some joint pain creeping int, but only a 3-4.
I've had more energy, and more muscle "spring-iness". Hard to describe, but my thorax muscles feel ready to move and work. Hopefully it's cumulative exercise FX. Unlike anything I've experienced recently, and a BIG POSITIVE...woooooo!!
