I find that when I'm active and consistently working out my whole concept of food changes. Food is now fuel. I make my decisions based on how it helps my energy level and my fitness goals.
In times where I have been "less active", food decisions were based on taste or enjoyment.
I don't consider myself to be on a diet currently nor do I miss any foods in particular. I just thought it was interesting how my brain has been "retrained".
