So im finally at 118lbs!! I said I wanted to be at 120lbs but I still see so much fat on my body!!! I will stop at 113lbs(because im scared to get to skinny) and I hope if I continue this healthy life style I will get toned! Can anyone tell me if not prioritizing protein will still get me abs?
