Breaking my morning fast. Simple salad with broth and just 4 crushed gold fish cheddar crackers for taste and texture. No dressing lime juice 1 oz.

Samantha, I just read your bio and I'm now following you. You really powered through that economic crisis, working two jobs and all. It's good that you have more time to focus on your health now. You deserve it, and you're doing it! Good going!

@Miraculum at one point I had three jobs and was a server but did that for one season only. For about five months. I was wore down I always had Saturday night and all day Sunday off. Afternoon private duty care giver and night audit. Yes praise God for this time.
