ok I finished the 3 day stall fast, but I'm carrying onto a modified plan following the same basic woe.....at least for today. I have to go to the store tomorrow so it might be different but I'm going to plan on staying with the keto/low carb plan.
ALSO I'm excited but nervous at the same time, the new workout/24 fitness place has opened up right next to the grocery store and it is on my way to/from work! So I'm planning on stopping there on my way home and check it out. I hope I can commit and stick to a workout schedule with their help.

If you can do a 3 day stall fast, you can commit and stick to a workout schedule. Tipping my hat to you becoming a better you.

i agree with ches! My hubby and i also joined a gym this past week and meet with a trainer to set up a workout plan for each of us. only been 3 days but it's kicking my butt and I'm sticking with it. you can too!

Good to see a familiar face on FS. I have been off and on the site for the last 8 yrs. The support I found here got me to my goal, it worked and I maintained for a long time. Similar issues with family derailed me. I am trying and dedicated to getting my life and health back on track. What groups have you found that are active? The forums in the past were very supportive and helpful. Glad to see you again.
