ok I finished the 3 day stall fast, but I'm carrying onto a modified plan following the same basic woe.....at least for today. I have to go to the store tomorrow so it might be different but I'm going to plan on staying with the keto/low carb plan. ALSO I'm excited but nervous at the same time, the new workout/24 fitness place has opened up right next to the grocery store and it is on my way to/from work! So I'm planning on stopping there on my way home and check it out. I hope I can commit and stick to a workout schedule with their help.
