If I lose any weight this week... if I even manage to stay at the same weight it will be a miracle. I had a very stressful week, not helped by sleep deprivation and quick, mindless food blunders.
My cousins have been visiting this past week and I've been doing a lot of babysitting. While they were here, my aunt and uncle, who usually eat very healthy, sensible meals, switched to more kid-friendly foods meaning high-carb, high-sodium, sugary, highly processed crap. I've been watching four kids ranging from 5 months to 14 years all week. Because my aunt and uncle work, for several days I was nannying from early in the morning until late at night. And nannies don't get lunch breaks.
I'm exhausted. I've had to do a lot of therapeutic shopping this weekend to recover. Well, good night. I have an early start tomorrow. I'll check the week's damage tomorrow morning.
