This was a hard month for me... I participated in "no weigh May" plus we were moving... Got on the scales and have lost 7 lbs for the month of May!! That is amazing for ME! My body does NOT like to give up it's fat so I am a happy camper... was hoping for more but am satisfied with the 7..
