OMG! I accidentally ate 60.5 grams of fiber today. I was having a spike day, after weigh-in. I hadn’t had the green lentil pasta before and didn’t think to check the fiber content until I plugged it into my food journal. I’m waiting to see what the ramifications may be! 😳
