OMG! I accidentally ate 60.5 grams of fiber today. I was having a spike day, after weigh-in. I hadn’t had the green lentil pasta before and didn’t think to check the fiber content until I plugged it into my food journal. I’m waiting to see what the ramifications may be! 😳

fiber is good for you most people don't eat enough of it.

WFN, I normally get between 25-45 grams, depending on a fast day or normal. 60 grams seemed a bit excessive! LOL!

LOL I haven't been keeping very good track for awhile and haven't been paying a lot of attention to fiber. Just it's good for your body.

Ha! Well the upshot really didn’t amount to anything. I’m used to quite a bit of fiber anyway and I seem to have absorbed it well. Note to self . . . fiber is OK. 😜

Whoaaaa! I had 2 fiber one bars a few years back (18 grams of fiber total) because they tasted sooo good and almost didn't make it home without an accident. Glad to hear you made it unscathed.
