Good weekend. Worked out everyday. Friday-jogged, Saturday-The Firm workout Sunday-Morning walk, jogged in evening. But didnt eat quite as well as I should have...but weight is steady. So I consider that a success. Will be working to hold it together wed/thurs/fri while Im traveling for work. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Its not the eating/exercising that scares me....its the evening "drinks" ((grin))
