Well, despite feeling bloated (time of the month), the scales did show a lower weight which is amazing considering the amount of food I've over-eaten lately. I can only assume that if I had followed my diet closely, I would be weighing 2 kgs less now but never mind. Slowly but surely is better than erratically and fast. My boyfriend is coming to see us tonight so I'll get him to measure me tomorrow morning to see if there is any difference showing on the tape measure. Despite my period pains, I feel happy at the prospect of seeing BigTeddy.
