Oh no! Last night I went through a binge eating for the first time in like 3 years. I saw the signs and the feelings through the day already. I was irritated, tired and when I ate one biscuit it felt so good like my body was craving carbs. I have been eating carbs but mostly from veggies and some oats but I think because I work really hard at the gym I should eat more carbs for breakfast maybe. Because last night, I craved food with real nutriets. Like I had tuna, eggs, tapioca, a big bowl of oats and also some biscuits and chocolate, but was not like all bad. Today I have to fight the guilt and just move on🙈 I pray that this won't happen again. Guys, eat what your body needs! Get enough calories!
