Argh...have you been on the Jaggermeister diet again??? LOL, I know it was the trail run yesterday. That is great work and I know how good that probably felt.

Haha, no Jaeger this time. The run was great. Did me a lot of good and was my best run ever. I hope I can continue this without stumbling :)

When I was younger ( dinosaurs roamed the earth, ya know) I did a 10 day backpack trip in the Grand Canyon. It was one of those times when the body was pushed to excel and was exhilerating! Sometimes we can do things we never imagined.

It was AMAZING - down to the river for a swim, through some caves on my belly ( a big fear oversome) and hiking miles for water! I would do it again in a heartbeat!
