Gettin the hang of keto...finally jumped on. Had coffee with turmeric and milk and cinnamon for breakfast. Lunch was baby kale salad with deviled egg roasted chicken and butternut squash in coconut oil. Dinner: 2 sirloin hamburger patties with Gouda Pickle slice, homemade mayo, on a bed of kale greens.
Desert. 2 mini dark chocolate doves.
Net carbs:20. Calories 1200. Fat: 85 Protein: 63
