Ok I am NOT going to keep eating this entire weekend!!!! Im not moving the scale at all right now. I cant do take off cause the centre say's I shouldn't because Im still nursing my daughter. Ill just have to occupy myself while my fiance is trying to quit smoking by eating every think delisious.

The take offs don't do much for me, except leaving me feeling disillusioned because I usually do not keep the weight off that I lose on them. Better to just stay on plan consistently. Your chart looks awesome!!!
