The scale said 108 but I don’t count it until it’s consistent. So what do I do? Overeat. I almost ate my entire daily allowance in junk! Now I feel guilty, ashamed. 😞

sometimes we just need it! I had about half of an apple crisp without the ice cream though but the sugar is totally bad for a diabetic but I don't do it very often, maybe once every couple of months. but sometimes we just need it! 😄
