Hmmm I haven't had any problems today while posting. Don't get yourself all worried about the scale. Haven't you heard that we're all a bunch of turtles? Weight loss is slow but effective!

You have to keep going when the scale hates you. I am just getting over a couple of weeks where I only lost 1 lb per week. For my weight, it is frustrating as I have been very good on my eating and exercise and according the physics, I should have lost 4-7 lbs/week. I kept at it and when I tried on some different pants, I found I had lost over 5 inches on my belly alone. The weight will come off as the body adjusts to the changes we are throwing at it. Keep with the plan and you will see great results shortly.
