The sodium got away from me yesterday and I'm retaining water today. made cabbage soup and even with my modifications it was still pretty low calorie. However i couldn't get get the sodium lower w/o sacrificing taste. Instead of a sweet tooth, I have a salty tooth. I will need to try it again and see how I can the sodium into a more reasonable range.
