I didn't feel like I overate yesterday, but my calorie count says otherwise. I need to avoid the gyros and crackers.

My daughter gave me a luscious box of artisan chocolate for mother's day, but I have only a few pieces left. Savoring them and restricting myself to just 2 a day.

Drinking water like crazy, but I'm kinda stopped up, which is weird.
