Currently have cut out nearly all breads to salvage carbihydrates elsewhere. Eat little to no candies, cakes & cookies at all. Working on size portions with meat & potatoes. Shifting to more fresh vegetables. Not much time for exercise though with 60 - 80 hour work weeks and Home Responsibilities.
